Your biz is a circus, when will you give them your show?

I was actually at the circus yesterday with the kids and it got me thinking. All those hours they have put into trining to perform in that moment. Think about all the blood, sweat and tears that has gone into that performance they give! Then they have to do it again, and again. New crowd of hungry people wanting more, wanting them to give their best show, and they have to give it their all ALL THE SINGLE TIME. Your biz is a circus, when will you give them your show?

You must look at yourself as you run your own circus. There are people waiting for you, taking the stage, going live with your message, but I guess they have to wait forever. You will never be ready. Right? And you will never give them your best show because you are never prepared. Am I right? How do you think that you could be good at anything if you never act, perform, try it out? First you need to show up, that’s the most important thing when putting up a show. Then you give them your all from your heart and just say what’s on your mind and trust that the right ones will hear it.

Last, you give them a performance of your life and you are willing to do it again and again and again. Because this is how you are. A performer. You are an artist. You have superpowers that no one else has. You hold them so tight to your chest that no one will know about them. The circus you are running right now is only in your own head. Where is your audience? Where is the applause? When will you ever get out of your own way and perform, act, play be you?

Give them their show, give them all of you and then tell them how to work more with you, how to get closer to that artist you really are. The right one can’t find you right now because you are hiding, trying to polish your show when all they want is you to be ready now.

If you need to train yourself, then do that. If you need to get more confidence, then work on that.

Don’t think for a second that those who go on stage is always confident. They are human being just like you and me.

We all have a change to play on out best straights, but the fewest will ever see that. You get it. You are leader, a performer, an artist, you have superpower that you can change the World with. Use them. Show us. Give us the show of our lives, and then again and again. Get it?
