What to do when you stop believing in yourself?

There will come a time when you doubt yourself, stop believing in yourself and want to quit. What to do then? Clearly you have evidence that it’s not working and you feel so afraid to keep going. You ask yourself “what’s the point?” You even ask you cat or dog and they seem to look at you with their sad eyes that “yeah you might quit and just cuddle me instead”. What to do when you stop believing in yourself?

First of all if you get this then suddenly it will change it all.

To belive in yourself is a choice.

Get it?

So simple, still hard. You are not where you want to be, should you not quit? Nothing is working and the loop keep going in your head “it’s not working, it’s not working”. So you get more of…..it’s not working! No wonder it’s not working because you are in the loop. Get out of the loop.

Something that my mentor Gabby Bernstein told me at her live event i NYC was to get out of the ongoing loop. Stop saying it’s not working. Say it is working. Slow down sister and let it work.

The first step is to slow it down. Then find evidence that you are good enough, that you went for your dreams and you did something to build this…
