I have been talking to so many people lately that ask me what I do, how I work etc and all of them want to become a coach when I tell them how much freedom there is and how much fun I have working with clients from all around the world. My next client that I call in lives in US, Canada and Australia. Want to become a coach? This is how you start!
First of all you don’t need any education to start out. I would suggest that you start helping people with thing that you might have overcome, what comes natural to you or things that you feel passionate about. To call them in you have to show up and be an expert in your field. I help my clients build successful business around their passion, help them see their special gift and work through any blocks that is stopping them from success.
As a coach you can’t do the job for them. You clients must be willing to do the job, work on themselves and take action. You can’t put a gun to their head and force them. I have had clients that still can’t seem to get the work done, they are still in the learning mode and I think that they will never get it.
The easiest ones to work with is the ones that just love you for the person you are. They want to be in your energy, they pay you full on and they get amazing results. You call them in my sharing your message, tell them that you have something to sell and then give them your offer.
I highly suggest that you don’t start out with selling 1 hours coaching. That will never get you anywhere. To really go big and have fast success you sell a package of what you have to offer. You have to find your special gifts and package them up in a bundle that people can’t say no to.
I love being a coach and I love working with amazing women from all around the world, but I can’t just do one thing. I love to be creative, write books, travel with my VIP days, make my online courses and have my own Norwegian Magazine Stylistaz.com.
You can do whatever you want to. Don’t get into the coaching biz just to make money, do it because you’re good at it and try it out to see if it’s a good thing for you. If not then you find that special thing you long for. Many of my clients do more than just coaching.
Fear is no excuse to not go for your big dreams. We all have fears, still we Inca do the job. Get it?
