It only takes 30 days

To change a habit or do things differently in your life, you only have to give it 30 days. 30 days of your life and things will be so much more different from what you see right now. Can you do it? Of course you can. This is how.

It’s super easy to change a habit if you set a timeframe. Give it 10 days and it will take that time, but it has been scientific prove that to change a habit in a human being it only takes 30 days.

So let’s say you want to change the way you think, you want to attract more abundance into your life, all you need to do is to focus for 30 days on how to change this mindset. Give yourself 30 minutes each day to focus on this and suddenly your whole life will improve.

Or you might want to attract more clients into your business then you set a side time to be visible and do sales activities for 30 days.

Maybe you want to attract high end clients and be fully booked, then your focus for 30 days will be that topic.

You see, what you focus on will grow. Focus on lack and you will get more of that, focus on thriving and that is what you will get.
